We support cyptocureny payments and bank ransfers. We recommend cpyptocurengy payments as bank ransfer confrmation times can be longer, potentialy affecting order delivery times. Full payment is required, and cash-on-delivery is not supported.

Spot model, Need full payment. For the preorders and futures, can accept 70% deposit first, the final payment needs to be paid 7 days before shipment.

How to return a machine for repair?

For machines that are still under warranty, we can assist with the operation and return to the factory for repair.

lf my package is returned, can I get a refund?

Acording to our terms, once an order is placed, we does not entertain partial or full refunds, fa package is returned to our warehouse due to customs clearance or tax issues regarding mining machines, customers are required to pay aditional return fees. However, if the package succesfiuly returns to Hong Kong we can asist you in reshipping the package to a new shipping address after you complete the pavment for the fees

Can the order be canceled?

After submitting an order, ICERIVER does not accept requests for order cancellation, partial or full refunds, changing the ordered products to different ones or different batches, or any other modifications.
